I
recently took a job with Community
Design + Architecture, a small firm in Oakland. I only just started
a few days ago, but it has been great so far. I work on very similar projects
to my last job, but there are some subtle differences apparent to the trained
eye. |

I
sometimes volunteer for Urban Ecology, a non-profit organization based in Oakland that does community design work in the Bay Area. I have helped facilitate community meetings and community design activities. (Jess now works here too). |

I
uesd to work for Van Meter Williams Pollack,
an architecture and urban design firm in San Francisco. I still have fond
feelings for the place, and I learned a great deal in my 20 months there. |
